Bentley man, 33, arrested for trespassing

Kensington Police have charged a 33 year old Bentley man as a result of an incident in Victoria Park in the early hours of Tuesday 26 December 2017.

At about 1:30am police were called to King George Street following multiple reports of a male person acting suspiciously and climbing into the rear yards of units along the street.

Several police vehicles including a canine unit attended the area. Police Dog Razor was deployed and located a man matching the description hiding under bushes in the driveway of one of the unit complexes.

He was arrested and conveyed to Kensington Police Station where he was charged with:

  • Two counts of Trespass
  • One count of possessing a prohibited drug

The man is due to appear in the Perth Magistrate’s Court on the 17th of January 2018.
