The McGowan Government is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from developers to deliver a big affordable land and housing project near Bunbury.
An estimated 300 residential lots to support growth and demand for affordable housing in the South-West are expected to flow from development of the 56-hectare Tuart Brook site, six kilometres south of Bunbury’s central business district in the suburb of Usher.
The Department of Communities is currently undertaking a two-part procurement process to identify a suitable developer or consortium. The call for EOIs will close on Wednesday December 13, 2017.
