Around 11.20am, a Ducati motorcycle was being ridden west along the Gingin Brook Road when the rider failed to negotiate a left hand bend, crossed over to the wrong side of the road and crashed into scrub and trees.
The rider, a 64 year old Clarkson man, sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.
