Joondalup Detectives have charged a 35 year old man as a result of their investigation into an alleged indecent assault that occurred at a business in Marmion.
It will be alleged in October 2017, the man indecently assaulted a woman in her twenties during a natural therapy consultation. It is further alleged he accessed the woman’s phone without permission.
The man from Edgewater has been charged with:
- Indecent Assault; and
- Unlawful Access to a Computer.
He is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court on 4 April 2018.
