Fremantle Detectives have arrested a 64 year old man as a result of their investigation into an incident that occurred on Tuesday, 19 December 2017.
Between 1pm and 2pm, an eight year old girl was with a group of friends playing at the Horse Hire Park located in Mala Way, Success.
It will be alleged the man who was not known to the children was photographing them before he approached the eight year old girl and touched her in an indecent manner.
The incident was reported to police and inquiries by Fremantle Detectives led to the man’s apprehension.
The man from Success has been charged with Indecent Dealing and is due to appear before the Fremantle Magistrates Court on 12 January 2018.
