An Interim Report of the State’s industrial relations system has been released today for public comment.
Senior Counsel Mark Ritter is undertaking the review, with assistance from Forrestfield MLA Stephen Price, to ensure the system is contemporary, fair and accessible.
The Interim Report covers the review’s eight terms of reference, requests additional submissions from stakeholders on a range of issues and includes proposed recommendations for reform of the State industrial relations system.
Submissions close Tuesday, 17 April 2018.
