Shots fired, vehicle torched in West Busselton

Busselton Detectives are seeing the public’s assistance for information to assist with their investigation into an incident in West Busselton on Thursday, 15 March 2018.

Around 10:50pm, a man and his children were inside their home on Clydebank Avenue when an unknown person fired a weapon at the house. Several projectiles struck a Jeep Grand Cherokee parked in the carport. The offender then set fire to the Jeep which was destroyed by the fire.
Neighbours heard the commotion and saw the vehicle on fire. They able to assist in towing it away from the carport to stop the fire from spreading to the home.

Detectives are requesting anyone who lives or was in the area to check if they have any dash cam footage or CCTV that may assist in this investigation.
