Mandurah Detectives are investigating an incident that occurred on Lake Valley Road in Lakelands this morning, Friday 16 March 2018.
Around 6:20am, a female teenager was running along Lake Valley Road when she noticed a white van with the rear window painted over, drive past her and park on Keelia Vale. As she ran past the stationary van, the male driver called out to her before exposing himself.
The girl kept on running and the man drove off in the van.
The man is described as being around 30 years of age, fair skinned, with a slim muscular build, green eyes and dark blonde hair.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who saw the man or the vehicle.
