Man assaulted by group in Thornlie

Armadale Detectives are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into an incident that occurred in Thornlie at around 11:30pm on Friday 24 November 2017 which resulted in a man being seriously injured.

As the man exited a tavern located on Murdoch Drive, he was approached by a group of men not know to him and assaulted. The 20 year old victim was punched and kicked until he fell to the ground and the offenders fled.

The victim was treated at Armadale Hospital before being transferred to Royal Perth Hospital. He is currently in Fiona Stanley Hospital.
