Hopman Cup 2018 set to be best yet in 30th year

One of the best player line-ups in the tournament’s history will compete at the Mastercard Hopman Cup in 2018.

Nineteen-time Grand Slam champion and current men’s world No.2 Roger Federer will again represent Switzerland at the ITF’s official mixed team competition with fellow Swiss player Belinda Bencic.

One of the hottest names in tennis, Alexander Zverev, who is currently ranked world No.4 will team up with former world No.1 Angelique Kerber for Germany. Zverev made his first Hopman Cup appearance in 2016 and returns to Perth after breaking into the world’s top five for the first time this year.

The State Government, through Tourism Western Australia, has been a proud sponsor of the Mastercard Hopman Cup since its inception. The current sponsorship deal has secured the tournament in WA until 2022.
