Wembley Police are investigating an incident which occurred in Swanbourne on Saturday 22 July 2017.
At about 3:00pm a 23 year old female was jogging along the beach near Alfred Road when a man approached her from bushland.The man ran towards her whilst committing an indecent act.
The female ran back towards the path and man disappeared into bushland.
The person depicted in the composite image may be able to assist in the investigation.
The man is described as 40 to 50 years old, dark skinned, dark eyes, stocky build, dark beard and approximately 175cm tall. He was wearing a red turban, green jumper and dark pants.
