A beekeeping traineeship will be offered for the first time in Western Australia.

A Certificate III in Beekeeping is now available through industry-based traineeships to help produce workers with the high level of skills required to maintain the world-class quality of Western Australia’s product.

Despite high local and international demand for WA honey, commercial apiaries have found it difficult to find suitably qualified staff to support export growth.
