Midland Detectives are investigating an incident in Midland yesterday, Tuesday 27 March 2018, when at around 7pm, a 13 year old girl was approached by a man on Lloyd Street near Morrison Road.
The man was in possession of a knife, grabbed the victim and made threats towards her. The victim was able to break free from his grip and run away from the man who did not pursue the victim and he walked away.
The man is described as: 30-40 years of age, 165-170cm tall, dark curly hair and a muscular build. He was wearing a black peaked cap, black hooded jumper, black Adidas pants with white stripes down the sides and runners with blue on them.
