Community sporting grants benefit clubs throughout WA

Sporting clubs and local governments from all over the State have received funding for important upgrades to facilities – boosting local sport, supporting small businesses, and creating jobs in the suburbs and the regions.

Basketball and netball facilities, floodlighting and new ovals and pavilions are just some of the projects that have been granted funding in the latest round of the Community Sport and Recreation Facilities Fund (CSRFF).

Sport and Recreation Minister Mick Murray today announced the $9,354,602 funding package, supporting major projects at 16 sporting facilities.
