Two injured in serious crash in North Walpole

WA Police Force officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred in North Walpole yesterday, Saturday 6 January 2018.

Around 5pm, a white 2009 model Nissan Navara utility was travelling in a south east direction along the South Western Highway.

Approximately 1.2kms north of Beardmore Road, the male driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle rolled over and a female passenger was thrown from the vehicle.

The 31 year old passenger received serious injuries as a result of the crash. The 54 year old driver received minor injuries.

Both people were flown to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue Helicopter.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this crash, or saw the Nissan Navara prior to the crash.
