METRONET team gauges industry capability

The WA Government is asking construction companies for their input as it forges ahead with METRONET.

An online survey will be open to the construction industry to ensure the Government has an understanding of the capability of the market to deliver METRONET projects.

The survey, which closes on January 18, 2018, gives engineering and construction organisations an opportunity to provide feedback on their capabilities, experience and critical success factors to design, procure and deliver major transport infrastructure projects.

METRONET is the long-term plan to connect our suburbs, reduce road congestion and meet Perth’s future transport and planning needs.

It also provides new opportunities for businesses to get involved in Perth’s most ambitious program of rail projects. Stage One will deliver about 72 kilometres of new passenger rail and up to 18 new stations.
