Information sought on Halls Head incident

Mandurah Detectives are currently investigating an incident that occurred in Halls Head on Sunday, 19 November 2017 which resulted in a 13 year old girl being injured.

Around 6:30am, the girl was skateboarding along the pathway on Halls Head Parade between Robert Point and Janis Street when a black four wheel drive vehicle approached her.

The vehicle had several female occupants and was being driven by a male teenager. The 4WD mounted the footpath and drove at the girl. She managed to avoid being hit by the vehicle, jumping out of the way and falling to the ground.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone that witnessed the incident, or who saw either the girl skateboarding, or a black four wheel drive vehicle in the vicinity of Halls Head Parade between 5am and 7am on the day.
