Castle Hill man charged with child exploitation offences

A 47-year-old man from Castle Hill was yesterday charged with child sexual exploitation offences.

Australian Federal Police officers yesterday conducted search warrants in the Sydney suburbs of Potts Point and Castle Hill. The man was arrested at Potts Point.

He was charged with three counts of transmitting child exploitation material, contrary to section 479.19(1)(a)(iii) of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth).

The man is scheduled to appear in Sydney Central Local Court today.
