Innovation offers small but sweet addition to Ellenbrook

Housing Minister Peter Tinley has turned the first sod on a project that will provide greater flexibility and more design choices for those looking to buy in the nationally and internationally acclaimed Ellenbrook development.

The 80sqm lots – of which there will be eight in the new Reveley Terrace project built by Now Living (a BGC Residential company) – are the first green-titled lots under 100sqm. It is anticipated that their affordability will encourage first and low-income homebuyers, and those seeking to downsize, by helping them to secure funding more easily.

The boutique lot developments are the latest in a line of innovations that have seen Ellenbrook win about 40 national awards for its excellence in design and planning.

The new lots are located in the heart of the Ellenbrook town centre within easy reach of open space and parks, office and retail facilities, public transport and schools.

Ellenbrook – a joint venture between the Department of Communities and a LWP property syndicate – is located 30 minutes north of Perth and offers a range of housing options for those seeking a self-sustained and modern village atmosphere and lifestyle.
