Premier visits Exmouth to open Ningaloo Centre

Premier Mark McGowan has officially opened the new Ningaloo Centre in Exmouth.

The $32 million centre has been designed to deliver new research, education, tourism and community facilities to Exmouth.

It also provides a conference destination and an excellent starting point for visitors exploring the Ningaloo Coast World Heritage area.

The centre will be a hub for scientific research, housing the only marine research centre between Perth and Darwin.

The State Government has contributed $22 million in Royalties for Regions funding towards the project.
